After an order was placed, the pharmacies will now have the option to printout labels. At times, pharmacies do encounter errors when printing labels. In order to resolve this issue, you may follow these steps.
1. First, ask them to do basic troubleshooting steps.
- Log out and Log back in
- Clear cache and cookies
- Close and re-open the browser
Now, ask them to try printing the label again. If the same error persist, you may continue assisting them with the rest of the troubleshooting steps.
- Change browser
- Try using incognito tab
- Change computer - if they have any available
If they'll ask you why they'd need to follow this, let them know that it might help us to resolve the issue firsthand.
2. If they still can’t print out the label at this point, inform them that we will now have to report the issue to our tech support team to have it fixed.
3. Ask them to create the label manually for the time being. They may write the necessary details on a piece of paper and attach it on the prescription.
4. Escalate the issue to the Dev team.
