What happens to medications that cannot be delivered?

It is MedZoomer policy to have all prescriptions that are not delivered returned back to the pharmacy.

In the event that medication cannot be delivered to a patient, the MedZoomer Driver's first responsibility is to notify MedZoomer Dispatch as soon as possible. MedZoomer Dispatch will immediately contact the pharmacy and let them know there is an issue with delivering the medication so that arrangements can be made.

MedZoomer understands that all medications that cannot be delivered to patients in many cases must be returned to the pharmacy as soon as possible. In some cases, based on the hours of operation for the pharmacy, a driver can make arrangements to deliver the medications to the pharmacy team member's house.
