often MZ/accounting is asked to call a pharmacy for payment, it is more secure for pharmacies to do this themselves from the invoice that was emailed to them.
In theory, the easiest way to pay is using your account set up in Invoiced, that way your credit card info stays the most secure! Keep in mind when you use your credit card to pay there is an additional 4% charge (no additional fee with linking your bank/ACH account). Here are some helpful steps to pay from an invoice:
1) Go into any invoice we've sent via email and click the "View Invoice" option.
2) You will be automatically sent to the main page of that specific invoice.
3) From the main page, on the left side click on "Statements." You will see the total outstanding balance. You can pay the total outstanding balance without having to click on each one.
If you want to view other attachments of your previous invoices you can click on "Activity" on the left side of main page.
From there you can open all of your invoices (and also download the attachments).
