These are some Best Practices in regards to the Pioneer and MedZoomer Pharmacy Integration
1. Creating Pioneer Users for MedZoomer
When creating the MedZoomer user in Pioneer, you will need to create 1 MedZoomer user PER person who will have a user in the MZ pharmacy portal. For example, if c.greiwe@medzoomer.com and pharmacysupport@medzoomer.com will both be placing orders in the portal, two users will need to be created in Pioneer. MedZoomer1 and MedZoomer2 would be great examples. Alternatively, if you use one login for all employees at the pharmacy, you will only need 1 user to be created in Pioneer.
2. Order Status in Pioneer for Accurate POD Reflection
3. Facility Orders:
Facility orders are not supported through the Pioneer integration. These would have to be manually placed, OR you can place multiple orders for each patient going to the same location. These orders will be grouped as 1 task for the courier, resulting in accurate invoicing.
4. Orders must be completely paid for or placed in accounts receivable in order for PODs to report back over to Pioneer. If money is still to be collected, there will be an error reporting over to MedZoomer.
