Pharmacists may call to ask how they can order envelopes. Though we can assist them with this request over the phone, we can also let them know that they can order these thru the pharmacy portal for their convenience.
1. First, ask them to log in to the pharmacy portal and click the ‘Orders’ tab.
2. Once in, they must click the ‘box’ icon which is located on the lower right side of the screen.
3. After clicking the ‘box' icon, a dialog box will pop-up.
4. They can then select the type and the total number of envelopes they would want to have. Once the preferred envelope has been selected, they must click the ‘Send Request’ button to completely send the request.
5. We will then receive an email for the said request and the Admin team will have this processed. We just need to advise them to wait for the envelopes to be delivered in 2-3 days.
